Business Development Manager
Business development and maintain relationship with customers, design and develop sales strategy and works out the business plans to achieve the target.
• Identify and follow Rainbow Agro's vision and mission and core values
• More than 5 years of working experience in sales in agrochemical/crop protection business in Poland & Surrounding EU countries, such as Czech, Germany, Austria, Hungary
• Experience in Portfolio development is an added advantage
• Management, communication and leadership skills
• Bachelor degree or above in agronomy, crop protection, chemistry, chemical engineering etc.
• Good team work practitioner
• Strong self-management and learning ability, willing to grow with challenges
• Fluent English
