We are a leading global crop protection company in the midst of expanding and growing our sales and business in Guatemala and Central America. We are looking for a professional with a lot of passion, leadership and solid knowledge of the area and market for crop protection products in the Guatemalan market.
The person must have business management skills, coordination of sales and marketing teams, capture of new business opportunities and preparation/development of business strategies. The position, based on performance, has the possibility of running as the future General Manager of the country.
We guide our search for an Agronomist with proven experience in commercial areas, not less than 5 years in similar positions, between 30 and 45 years old, with leadership skills, proactive, results-oriented, who likes to take on challenges. He must have an intermediate / advanced English language level.
The position will report to the Regional Manager of the Company and will initially be based in Guatemala City.
