2013-06-17

Recently approved by SIPO (State Intellectual Property Office), Rainbow obtained approvals for two invention patents: "one kind of preparation method of Glyphosate Ammonium Salt Technical" (Patent No. ZL 201010272863.6), and "one kind of preparation method for Glyphosate Ammonium Salt WG" (Patent No. ZL 200910020722.2 ).

Traditionally, Glyphosate Ammonium Salt Technical is manufactured by gas-liquid-solid phase reaction, then separated and dried to obtain Glyphosate Ammonium Salt Tech. The "one kind of preparation method of Glyphosate Ammonium Salt Technical" (Patent No. ZL 201010272863.6) is the invention utilizes a unique gas-solid phase reaction technology, which greatly simplifies the preparation process. The reaction yield and product purity are greatly improved, and effectively reduce the production cost. The whole preparation process is generated without any wastes.

While for another patent "one kind of glyphosate method for preparing water-soluble granules" (Patent No.: ZL 200910020722.2); In the preparation process and through a unique device allows the production of granule formulation with better solubility and much better compatibility with other Agchem products, and also avoid common quality problems such as moisture absorption of the preparation, up bags…to keep the quality to be more stable with long time storage; using this patent, also makes the purity of Glyphosate Ammonium Salt in WG to reach highest 92%, thereby reducing packaging, transport and storage costs. The entire production process works without any dust and achieve a safe, environmentally clean production.

Based on "Innovation changes future", under the guidance of "Market Driven Innovation", Rainbow Chemical accurately determines market demand for products, and continues increasing research and development, in order to deliver more value-added innovation to the market.
